Global started 9 years ago as a promotional company who outsourced all our embroidery work.

Due to unsatisfactory quality and turnaround time we invested in our first embroidery machine 5 years ago. The intention was to facilitate only our own embroidery, very soon the demand was great and we transformed the core business to embroidery.

We only purchase new embroidery machines as we believe quality and reliability is a key aspect of our business.

We are currently operating with:

3 x 6 Head (12 Needle) Machines:

1 x 4 Head (12 Needle) Machines:

1 Single head SWF industrial machine which is also used for sampling.

1 Twelve Head machine is in the process of being ordered.

Global employs 24 permanent staff members / 6 casual labourers and operate from new premises leased from Afrocan who is our landlord and customer.

The premise is equipped with armed response, air conditioning, cctv, free equipment, fully tiled and in a secure complex with own parking facilities.

Global operate a nightshift with trained staff. We do digitizing in house on the best available software. We use the best quality threads which are colorfast, fade resistant and good quality needles.

We have 42 month machine replacement program in order for us to keep up with technology and to support top quality work to customers.

Our capacity is approximately 2500 units per 24 hours shift subject to garment and stitchcount.

Our tie/neckwear division currently produces 2000 units per month on a 45 hour week.
